Fostering scholarship in women's health is one of the essential mandates of the
Coalition for Research in Women's Health. Tools like the Directory of Women's
Health Researchers at the University of Toronto were designed to help students
find appropriate mentors. The new Collaborative Graduate Program in Women's Health
at the University of Toronto will provide new opportunities to create events and
seminars specifically for women's health students.
This year's student award winners were:
Content, Clarity, Context Awards
Awarded to two students who present high-quality work in a clear and concise
way and who effectively contextualize their work within a women's health
research framework.

Pushing the Envelope Awards
Awarded to two students who demonstrate the ability to take risks and reach
beyond the expected in their presentations.
